Faculty Profile

Pranjal Ray has completed his graduation in History honours from Presidency College under University of Calcutta. He has completed his post graduation in History from Presidency University. He has done his Master of Philosophy in Foreign Policy Studies under University of Calcutta. He has worked as a research assistant for Netaji Institute for Asia studies and Jadavpur University in various research projects. He has cleared both NET and SET exams in History. Currently working as a State Aided College Teacher in the department of History of Syamaprasad college. 

Pranjal Ray has academic interest in the history of international relations and recent historical findings in the contemporary period. He also has keen interest in the study and research of colonial and post colonial history of South Asia.
